By using this platform, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

All training materials are property of Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. (PTLA) at all times. Training materials are intended for PTLA staff and volunteer use for the purpose of providing high quality legal assistance to clients in PTLA cases and pro bono case referrals. Users agree not to share the materials and to use the materials only as intended.

Users also agree to the Use Restrictions in SkyPrep’s Terms and Conditions (paragraph 2d): https://skyprep.com/terms-and-conditions/

PTLA reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or discontinue user accounts and/or the use of the training materials at any time.

PTLA is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content provided. PTLA has made efforts to ensure the content is accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time of production. Users are responsible for their own work and must comply with all applicable laws including ethical and professional obligations pursuant to the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct and the Maine Bar Rules.

Users will keep all access credentials and passwords private and secure. If a user's credentials or passwords have been stolen or compromised in any way, or if the user suspects a breach of their account or the platform, the user must immediately notify PTLA at servicedesk@ptla.org.

By using the training materials and platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
